Description

This course provides students with an introduction to how science and technology have influenced politics, culture and society during the 20th and 21st Centuries. Special emphasis will be placed on new ethical dilemmas present in emerging fields of science and engineering. Classes will mix lectures with discussions, and students will be required to prepare an in-depth final research project.
