The course introduces to students the growing importance of a coaching mindset and learning culture in leadership and organizations today. The course will also explore the impact of personality, culture and neuroscience on leadership behavior and will provide students will practical tools on how to set up and implement a coaching and learning culture in a term or across an organization.
