This course aims to broaden your understanding in negotiation and dispute resolution. It enhances your ability to analyze the kinds of conflict and negotiation situations that you would be involved in, and to derive optimal strategies that help attain your goal in these situations. This course extends the negotiation repertoire from interpersonal to intercultural level. We will discuss how culture affects negotiation and dispute resolution effectiveness.
