Description

This course critically examines the case for diversity in the corporate world. Students will come away from the course with an understanding of what it means to have a diverse workforce, an appreciation of how diversity can be leveraged for profit, and concrete ideas about how businesses can be more diverse. The focus will be on gender and LGBT issues, although some of the same principles can also be applied to issues related to race, disability, and age.
