This course will require students to meet and familiarize themselves with students from other business schools with whom they have been combined to form a global virtual team, agree a way of working together and collaborate effectively in solving an operational management challenge by applying what they have learnt in MGMT5770. The global virtual teams will consist of 4-5 team members among all GNAM partner schools. After completing the global virtual team exercise in this course, each student will complete an online survey in which they give anonymous feedback on the performance of each other member of their global virtual team. In addition, each student will need to submit a four-page analysis in which they evaluate the performance effectiveness of their team. Graded P or F.
