Description

A key task for all leaders is to manage change: to start, steer, sustain or speed up change in their organizations. This is a practical course meant to equip leaders for successful change management. The course will begin with a Framework for Understanding and Managing Change. The bulk of the course will be spent on the Four Levers of Change (Systems Thinking, People, Organization and Communication). It shall discuss the skill sets and mindsets of successful change agents and learn how the Four Levers can help leaders to accelerate change in organizations.
