Case challenge: How might Arup leverage emerging technologies to re-strategize “Façade Inspection” such that it is technically feasible and commercially viable?
Case setup: student-consultants will work in teams to produce a strategy paper in PPT format for Arup. Each team will be assigned a domain expert from Arup and a Senior Consultant from IBM Global Business Services. Coverage: Build industry, IT adoption process, Design Thinking, Emerging technologies (e.g. Drones, AI/ML, etc.) Enrollment in the project course requires approval of the course instructor.
