Description

This course provides a panorama review of the global information infrastructure from technology, policy, social and business perspectives. Key issues include next generation information infrastructure, Internet of things, anti-spamming legislation, universal service, digital convergence, network interconnection, the WTO’s agreement on telecommunications, cloud computing, green ICT, and regulatory environment of multimedia services. It will also address the increasing importance of Web 2.0-enabled information infrastructure in business innovation.
