This course aims to provide students with basic and practical understanding of family business. It is especially useful for students who will work for family businesses or do business with them in the future, such as private and investment bankers, family office professionals etc. The course is combined with lectures and case studies in class. Current and trendy events will also be discussed. Some guest lectures will be provided by industry practitioners and leaders.
