This experiential learning course consists of lectures, experiments and design project. Lectures introduce food chemistry, nutrition, processing, additives, safety, regulations, genetically modified foods and healthy foods etc. Experiments and design project encourage students to learn by doing, helping them obtain hands-on experiences and develop problem solving skills.
