This course covers important design concepts, principles and engineering calculations of the utility services systems that are essential to proper operation of buildings and facilities. The utility services systems include plumbing installation, cold and hot water supply, sanitation and drainage, steam systems, fuel gas supply, telecommunication services, extra low voltage systems, and vertical transportation.
