Instructor(s)/Supervisor(s)/Coordinator(s): Jiguang WANGThis course will introduce the basic concept in data science, as well as the application of several data science technologies in the study of biomedical problems. It will sequentially include three modules, i.e., sequencing data processing, machine learning and statistical analysis, and principles in network biology. Students will be evaluated based on group projects and student presentations.
