Description

This is a team-based consulting project where student-consultants will develop “Innovative Virtual Banking Product & Marketing Strategies” for livi bank, one of the local virtual banks, to consider for commercialization in Hong Kong. Each team will be guided by the course instructor, with access to subject matter experts from livi Bank. In addition, each team will be assigned a mentor from IBM consulting group. Students will gain confidence to use McKinsey Engagement Methodology, MECE frameworks, Design Thinking and advanced technologies and business strategies in a real situation with real constraints. This course is open to all students with priority given to T&M-DDP students. Please submit transcript and CV for instructor consent before course enrollment in SIS. Enrollment in the project course requires approval of the course instructor.
