The induction program will involve both experiential learning and multidisciplinary learning.Experiential learning is the process of learning through reflection by doing. Two days of experiential learning will engage students to various activities and reflection in such a way to develop team leadership under a team of professional coaches. Another two days are set for multidisciplinary learning. Through participation in debate, discussion, and critical evaluation and comparison of different perspectives, students will witness firsthand the synergetic advantages posed by multidisciplinary learning.
