Instructor(s)/Supervisor(s)/Coordinator(s): Khawar SARFRAZCMOS process and design rules; MOS device electronics; CMOS circuit and logic circuit characterization and performance estimation; VLSI design and verification tools. Laboratory work will be centered on industry standard tools.
