Students will learn how business analytics and data science fits into the broader strategy and operations of companies in real life, how this presents challenges that business analysts must carefully manage, and how to overcome these challenges. Guest speakers will be invited to share their experiences in succeeding in these roles in large local and overseas companies. Students will conduct a practical business analysis project and/or build an online business analytics app as requested by a company to meet their needs.
