This course provides practical experience of carrying out an independent research project on chosen topic conducted under the supervision of a teaching faculty member of the MA program in International Language Education. Students work in pairs or small groups to produce a substantial research paper at the end of the project. Taught sessions on the course are a combination of pair/ small-group tutorials and whole-group discussion seminars / presentation of work in progress.
