Instructor(s)/Supervisor(s)/Coordinator(s): Ronald LAUThis course focuses on using enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, and SCM etc.) and contemporary technologies (cloud computing, AI, and analytics tools, etc.) to support a business organization’s digital transformation strategy and initiatives. This course also introduces the concepts and practices of enterprise resource planning and management through business case studies and learning of the SAP system applications for discussing and developing integrated business solutions.
