This course provides an accelerated overview of the materials covered in undergraduate classes in management and strategy, aimed at postgraduate students with no undergraduate background in business. It will cover essential frameworks in both organizational behavior (leadership and motivation, organizational culture and design) and strategy (business and corporate strategy, international business). It also provides an introduction to the case method.
