This is a practical course designed to expose students to the practical issues in launching a startup together with case studies of several startups to gather some insight into root causes for success and failures. The case studies will be covered in open format lectures, while the practical topics will be covered via workshops. Topics covered in the workshop will be focused on the Hong Kong (HK) and Pearl River Delta (PRD) region with coverage of local laws, regulations, agencies and organizations. Graded P or F.
