This course delves into the architecture of avionics systems and their core subsystems - such as electrical power distribution, interface and data communications, navigation, and flight control - guiding students through their design principles and operational roles. It then turns to the application of advanced Communications, Navigation and Surveillance technologies in air traffic engineering, illustrating how these advances underpin the safe, efficient management of airspace. By the end of this course, students will have acquired the expertise and analytical skills essential for leadership positions in air traffic operations and engineering.
