Topics covered include: the organization of technology enterprises, fundamentals of financial and managerial accounting, engineering economics, operations and supply chain, quality processes, mindset of the marketer and the five steps of marketing, managerial finance, understanding of an enterprise from its financial statements, technology and entrepreneurship, and case studies.
