Description
Instructor(s)/Supervisor(s)/Coordinator(s): Qiming SHAO, Mansun CHANLaboratory course requiring hands-on work in fabricating MOS transistors. Process modules including photolithography, dry etching, wet etching, metal sputtering, oxidation, diffusion and low-pressure chemical-vapor deposition will be covered. Student will also learn to characterize the fabricated devices.
