In order to be an effective leader, one must learn to communicate effectively and consequentially. This course will focus on effective leadership through effective and consequential communication. Whether leaders are effective largely depend on how effectively leaders communicate. Immediate feedback for continuous improvements will be given by peers and instructor during the class and in breakout sessions. Graded P or F.
