Description

A product manager or leader can be considered the CEO of a product line. Interdisciplinary skills are required to deal with design, technical, and business aspects to ensure product success in the marketplace. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the product life cycle, enabling entrepreneurs to meet ever-changing customer demands and maintain competitive advantage. Case studies will highlight how product managers interface with cross-functional team members to make decisions, assess markets and financials, develop strategies and product roadmaps, and seek customer and stakeholder feedback. Students will be equipped to effectively impact product development, turning product vision into reality and boosting cross-functional team productivity.
