The course demonstrates how insights of behavioral economics can be utilized by managers to address important decisions confronting the firm via case studies. It introduces the basic concepts of behavioral economics, including loss aversion, prospect theory, time-inconsistency, biases in information processing, nudge/choice architecture, behavioral game theory.
