Communication can determine whether a strong idea is understood, remembered, or overlooked. This interdisciplinary course develops the practical skills needed to communicate complex ideas clearly and purposefully in academic and professional settings. Through guided hands-on exercises, constructive feedback, and reflection, students will learn to analyse audiences, identify key messages, structure compelling narratives, design effective slides and posters, and deliver presentations with confidence. These transferable skills will support students in their academic work and career development. No prior experience in public speaking or visual design is required. Students from all years and disciplines are welcome.
