The project requires application of technology and design to develop innovative solutions to a challenging problem. Each student is assigned a component of a large project, which is sponsored by industry. Project planning. Distribution of tasks among the team members. Identification of the problem through interactions with the staff of the sponsored company. Ideation. Design concept generation. Selection of ideas. Prototyping. Testing and redesigning. Instructor's approval is required for enrollment in the course.
