In the rapidly evolving landscape of modern business, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a cornerstone technology driving business success, innovation, and strategic growth. "AI-Driven Decision Making for Entrepreneurs" is designed to equip founders and innovators with the skills to leverage AI in different areas of their entrepreneurial ventures. We will explore different branches of AI such as machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, and computer vision, through real-world case studies highlighting how startups can successfully navigate AI integration and avoid common pitfalls. Through a blend of theoretical insights, experience sharing, and practical applications, students will learn to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can accelerate venture growth while navigating the ethical, legal, and societal implications of deploying these technologies in early-stage startups. We will also evaluate the capabilities and limitations of AI tools for lean business models and ultimately, this course will help students to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset of rapid innovation and prepare them to lead disruptive ventures. By the end of this course, participants will have a solid foundation in entrepreneurial AI, ready to harness its potential for decision-making and build a competitive advantage for their future businesses.
