SERS spectra of alpha-synuclein, hemoglobin, lysozyme, and bovine serum albumin (BSA). The custom MATLAB code to simulate the Brownian motion of trapped particles. A detailed description of the spectral deconvolution using Origin. A detailed description of the three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (3D-FDTD) simulation using FDTD SOLUTIONS provided by Lumerical Solutions, Inc.
