This award is established to recognize and appreciate the exceptional efforts of our faculty and staff members who go above and beyond to support students' overall well-being, diverse learning needs, and special educational needs. Objectives:
Recognition: To openly recognize and appreciate faculty/staff members who demonstrate consistent exceptional care and support for students' overall well-being, learning experience, and special educational needs at HKUST.
Sharing Best Practices: To create a platform for sharing good practices among teaching and supporting staff, motivating them to continue providing care for students.
Community Building: To cultivate a positive and mutually supportive environment within the community.
