State of the art lecture || he Geo-Congress is organized annually by the Geo-Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). It invites “State of the Art” (SOA) and “State of the Practice” (SOP) lectures once every 10 years to allow leading scholars to offer overviews on the state of the art of research and practice in geotechnical engineering. Most of the 16 SOA/SOP lecturers for 2022 are members of NAE or FREng. I am the only invited lecturer from outside USA. || ASCE Geo-Institute
