Abstract

偏振干涉濾光片寬角度光譜特性是設計研制中的關鍵。為實現偏振干濾光片性能的真實模擬 ,本文提出了一套計算偏振干涉濾光片寬角度光譜特性的擴展 2× 2瓊斯矩陣 ,利用各向異性介質中光傳播的電磁場理論以及光學折反射定律 ,在保證準確性同時 ,給出了新的矩陣方法。這種 2× 2矩陣公式表示相當簡單。理論研究結果表明 ,該方法減少了以往的計算量 ,快速簡潔 ,結果準確 The wide angle spectrum characteristic of polarization interference filter (PIF) is key to the design and manufacture.In order to carry out the real simulation of PIF, the extended 2×2 Jones matrix used for the analysis of angle property of PIF is proposed.This extended 2×2 Jones matrix is more simple and accurate than conventional mathods.
