Abstract
By means of resource sharing, libraries can obtain materials unavailable in local collections to meet users' research and study needs. However, this has to be done within the framework of copyright law and license agreements. This presentation outlines how HKUST Library handles copyright and license requirements without affecting the effectiveness of its resource sharing services.
