增进粉煤灰基地聚合物强度的两种方法比较

Abstract

研究了粒化高爐礦渣(GGBFS)作為粉煤灰基地聚合物外加劑的可行性。GGBFS的摻量為4%,將其抗壓強度結果和增進機理與氟硅酸鈉作為外加劑的結果進行了對比。測試結果表明,外加GGBFS和Na2SiF6的摻入都可以提高粉煤灰基地聚合物的抗壓強度,其中4%GGBFS摻入后粉煤灰基地聚合物在30℃下養護14天的抗壓強度可以提高19MPa以上,而10%Na2SiF6摻入僅提高10MPa以上。采用X射線衍射分析(XRD)、傅立葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)和壓汞測孔技術(MIP)研究了兩種外加劑對粉煤灰基地聚合物抗壓強度的增進機理。研究結果表明,GG- BFS的摻入可以產生更多的無定形產物,增加膠凝材料的數量,并且能細化其孔隙,減少孔隙率,從而提高粉煤灰基地聚合物的強度。
