Abstract
隨著注塑技術的不斷發展以及注塑物料種類的不斷豐富,注塑螺桿的性能越來越引起人們的重視。通過自行開發的可視化實驗裝置和在線數據測控系統,研究了各種新型注塑螺桿的熔融、溫度均勻性、塑化能力等性能,并和三段式通用螺桿進行比較。結果表明新型注塑螺桿的性能比普通三段式螺桿有較大的提高。The melting behavior, melt temperature homogeneity and plastication capacity of MADDOCK, pin, barrier and general-purpose injection screws for a reciprocating screw injection molding was studied and compared with those of general injection screw by means of visual experimental system and on-line data collection system.The experimental results indicated the performance of MADDOCK, pin and barrier injection screw was better than that of general injection screw.
