Abstract

設計了一種用于平面磨削主動控制的新型數控微進給工件平臺。該平臺由 3個壓電陶瓷 (PZT)驅動器驅動 ,3個半圓形的彈性鉸鏈構成的彈性環節實現對壓電陶瓷驅動器的預緊。通過實驗的方法研究了微進給平臺的位移輸出、靜動態剛度等特性。 In order to achieve active grinding control, a novel numerical control micropositioning workpiece table has been developed. The table is driven by three piezoelectric actuators mounted on the base. An elastic structure with three circular - notch flexure hinges is designed to apply preload to the piezoelectric actua-tors. By means of experiments, the research of the characteristics of the displacement output, static stiff-ness, etc. have been obtained.
