Abstract
利用自行開發的可視化實驗裝置對注射成型的塑化過程進行了系統的觀察,著重討論了不同的工藝條件對塑化性能的影響,同時借助示蹤粒子對塑化過程的重要參數——固相速度進行了測量。實驗所取得的數據為注射成型熔融模型的建立和對模型的驗證提供了依據,同時也是注射螺桿優化設計的基礎數據
