Abstract

設計出了一款應用于時序彩色法硅覆液晶微型投影機的大功率、高亮度LED驅動電源。由于采用的大功率LED芯片內部單元為并聯連接,故驅動電流達10A。為了滿足此要求,文章結合直流變直流(DC/DC)電源設計思路,設計出了可用脈寬調制信號調控的恒流源。實驗結果顯示:該恒流源能夠精確地輸出10A恒定電流,而且紋波小,開關迅速、徹底,完全符合CS-LCoS微型投影機中LED光源對驅動電源的要求。 A high-power and high-brightness LED driver is developed for Color Sequential Liquid-Cry Silicon mini-projector.The LED chips are arranged in parallel due to the tendue requiremen illumination system.However, the driving current can be around 10 A, which increases the design co of the LED driver.In order to solve this problem, a constant current source is developed, which is co by Pulse Width Modulation.The experimental results show that the driver can supply constant 10 A with reaso-nable ripple wave and fast response character, which agrees well with the requirement source
