Abstract
介紹了一種新型納米結構液晶取向膜技術,詳述該取向膜的機理和最新進展。該取向膜本身是不均勻的,但不均勻性在亞微米以下,可以為液晶分子提供均勻的取向,并且產生任何在0~90°范圍內的預傾角,具有良好的可靠性和可控性。分析了獲得這樣均勻取向性能的條件,提出3種產生納米結構液晶取向膜的方法。This paper reviews recent results on nanostructured alignment surfaces for liquid crysta surfaces are heterogeneous and yet can give uniform alignment of the liquid crystal and are able to pretilt angles in the range of 0 0° reliably and controllably.The conditions for having such uniform a properties are studied.Three techniques for the generation of such nanostructured surfaces are review
