Abstract

ith grid-based PDE.Mart as the platform, the grid visualization technology like Java 3D-based VISAD and SVG are introduced, the algorithm of 3D visualization using SVG is given and applied in grid-based PDE.Mart. A comprehensive comparison including speed, security, and scalability is made between VISAD and SVG in the end to show that SVG is a better solution than VISAD in the visualization of grid-based PDE.Mart.
