Abstract
In the last few years there has been a resurgence in Open Access movements worldwide and this led to the need to establish Transformative Agreement (TA) with publishers. JULAC has also started the TAs with 2 publishers from 1 Jan 2021. This presentation will cover what JULAC has done to prepare for this agreement, our challenges and what may need to be done to prepare for the future changes to the library and scholarly landscape.
