Abstract
Oblique Bi and BiSb alloy thin films were grown on (211) CdTe substrates, which are tilted by 19° and have studied their anisotropic thermoelectric transport properties. In magneto-Seebeck studies for magnetic fields of 0-0.7 T, a strong dependence on the crystal-axis and the magnetic field direction in Seebeck coefficient was observed. The results of the investigation are presented.
