Abstract
This paper presents a simple printed microstrip low-pass filter with advantages of compact size, low insertion loss, and wide rejection bandwidth. The filter design has been optimized using a genetic algorithm (GA), and a good agreement between the simulation and measurement results has confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed lowpass filter configuration.
