Abstract
Measurements of pulsed microwave transmission are shown to be in accord with a dynamic single parameter scaling theory after an initiation time up to which short-lived "necklace" states dominate transmission and lead to a diffusion-like delayed peak in transmission. © 2007 Optical Society of America.
