Abstract

We note that the coefficients in Tables 2, 3 and 4 are incorrect due to a typo in our numerical codes. The correct coefficients are presented below. In addition, L_0M and L_0H in Eq. 16 represent ln(z/z₀) and ln(z/z_0h), respectively. These errors do not affect the methodology and conclusions in the original article. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
