Abstract
Despite previous empirical findings linking high investment HRM systems and firm performance, the effect of high investment HRM on individual employees' attitudes and behaviors has not been fully investigated. In this study, we examine the relationships between high investment HRM systems and procedural and distributive justice climates as well as interaction effect of justice climates on individual employees' organizational citizenship behaviors. The results provide support for these linkages. Implications for research and practice are discussed.
