Abstract

本文讨论了利用激光多普勒测速(LDA)技术实现电机动态特性测试的基本原理,并以近期研制的两台微型电机(直流电机和步进电机)动态测试系统为例,介绍了不同电机动态测试的方法及相应的定标方案。用LDA法实施电机动态测试是一种先进的测试手段,适用于各种电机的动态测试,特别是微型电机和小型回转部件的动态测试。This paper discribers the measurement on dynamical characteristics of different kinds of electrical motors by LDA techniques. For example, the paper discribes two developed measuring systems for measuring various dynamical characteristics of mircro-motors (DC motor and stepmotor) by LDA. According to the motion character of different motors we have developed adaptive calibration of motors, hence the measurement is quantitative and of high accuracy. The measurement on dynamical characteristics of motor by LDA is a new and advanced measuring method for motors and has great promise.
