Abstract
While the multilevel nature of MNCs is well recognized, there is a paucity of literature considering such linkages. We examine the impacts of input and behavioral controls expatriates use on host country nationals' satisfaction. We further investigate the moderating effects of expatriate managers' commitment and job discretion on these relationships. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
