Abstract

The Editors-in-Chief have retracted this article. After publication, concerns were raised regarding image irregularities in the Figures. Specifically, A number of bands representing different groups appear highly similar in Fig. 4. In Fig. 6, the western blot lanes appear highly similar between the non-menadione and menadione blots.The Editors-in-Chief therefore no longer have confidence in the presented data. A number of bands representing different groups appear highly similar in Fig. 4. In Fig. 6, the western blot lanes appear highly similar between the non-menadione and menadione blots. Kam Ming Ko has not responded to any correspondence from the editor or publisher about this retraction. The Publisher has not been able to obtain a current email address for Po Yee Chiu.
